  • 6-Month Warranty: All Buritous furniture products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.
  • Covered Issues: The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, such as structural failures or faulty components, under normal use.
  • Free Repairs or Replacement: Eligible warranty claims include free repairs or replacement of defective parts, with free shipping for all warranty-related services.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty Claim Process

  • Claim Review: Submit photos or proof of the defect. Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days.
  • Resolution: Approved claims will result in free repairs or replacement parts, shipped within 3-5 business days.
